Industrialization and Convergence of West Java Manufacturing Labor Productivity, Indonesia

West Java as a national manufacturing center has experienced industrialization since 1989. This is marked by the continuous increase in sector so that it able to shift other sectors. The convergence of an important phenomenon because inequality can lead different pace development and exacerbate inequality. study uses dynamic panel data regression with first-different GMM (FD-GMM) method for inferential analysis Location Quotient (LQ), Klassen Typology calculation coefficient variation descriptive analysis. results showed only 7 out 27 regencies/cities had economy dominated there were fluctuations workforce these areas.
